NORTH SCRANTON RESIDENT DIES
Mrs Rebecca Littlejohn, 69, prominent resident of North Scranton, died at 10 o’clock last night inthe family home 2408
Amelia avenue, following a 3 weekis illnes.
Mrs Littlejohn was born in County DUrham, England and came to this country at an early age, settling in this city.
SHe was a member of the First Primitive Methodist church and was active in the women’s societies of the organization.
Surviving are
9 sons:
George, Dickson City;
John, Robert, David, Ernest, employed in the prothonotary’s office;
Finley, master mechanic for the fire department;
and Stanley, all of this city.
2 daughters: Misses Florence and Beatrice Littlejohn;
a sister Mrs Jane Moody, England;
and 18 grandchildren
