WHEREAS the House of Mr Humphrey Webb of this Towr, was early this morning burglariously broke open, and the following Articles stolen, viz:
4 Silver Table Spoons, 2 marked with a Crest a Hand on a Wreath holdind a Diamond
5 Silver Tea Spoons, some marked L.
a round plain Silver Salt, 3 feet, C rest and Elephant and Coronet
a ditto lettered HWE
2 Salt Spoons
a plain Silver Milk Pot
3 flight Silver Castor-tops
about 3 dozen plain shirts marked W
2 dozen Neckcloths
a black enamelled Motto Ring, Name Joseph Wright, Esq
sundry other enamelled Motto Rings
2 pair of Silver Shoe-buckles, one plain, the other threaded
a Pair of large plain Silver Knee-buckles
Three of the Villiains were seen to go out of the House, described Stout Fellows, nearly of a Size, in great Coats and flapp’d Hats, and tis conjectured more of the Gang were at Hand.
If any of the above articles should be offered for Sale, stop them and the Party; or whoever can give any intelligence to the Conviction of these Villains shall receive a Reward of 40 Guineas by Application to Mr Humphrey Webb of Wandsworth aforesaid, or to Mr William Webb of Cheapside. If either Party will turn Evidence to the Conviction of the others, will be entitled to the same reward.
