John A Oakley Dies AT Home in Wyalusing
John A Oakey, Wyalusing, died SUnday evening at his home. FOr 23 years he had resided in Dickson City, where he was employed as secton foreman by the Glen ALden COal Company. He was an elder of the Second Presbyterian Church, Wyalusing.
SUrviving are his wife, MAbel;
2 daughters, Ruth a hostess for the COlumbia Broadcasting System, NY, and Vivian,a astudent at Mansfield State Teachers College;
and 2 brothers, Fred, DUnmore, and Harry, Wyalusing.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 pm from the home. Interment Wyalusing Cemetery.

The funeral of John Oakey was held Wednesday afternnon from the family hom follewed by services at the Presbyterian Church with interment in Wyalusing cemetery. Rev Persons of Kingston officiated
Mr Oakey had been in ill health for several months following a serious operation.
He is survived by his wife,
2 daughters: Ruth of New York, and Vivian student at Mansfield;
4 brothers, Fred of Scranton, Harry of Wyalusing, and Thomas and David in England.
