Granted a divorce a week ago, Lilla Watkins of Olyphant, is now to become the wife of James Buckingham of that town. A marriage license was granted to them yesterday. She is 23. Buckingham who gave his occupation as merchant is 31.
The license docket shows that the Mrs Buckingham-to-be received a divorce February 15. She gives her occupation as housekeeper.

Miss Lila Watkins, daughter of Mr and Mrs TM Watkins of the Scranton HOuse and Electrician James Buckingham were married yesterday afternoon at 3 oclock. The ceremony was performed by Rev FT Roberts, of Scranton, athis residence. The couple were unattended. The bride wore a navy blue tailored suit and a black beaver hat. Mr and Mrs Buckingham left for New York last evening to spend their hinwymoon. On their return they will reside in Blakely.

MRS JAMES BUCKINGHAM IS CLAIMED BY DEATH
BLAKELY, Pa, March 12 - Mrs James Buckingham died at 1 oclock Monday afternoon at her home on 1st street after a lingering illness. Deceased was formerly Miss Lila Watkins and had lived in Olyphant and Blakely since childhood. She was a member of the Eastern Star and while her health permitted was active in church work. Besides her husband, she is survived by 4 small daughters, Audrey, Enid, Lila and Dilys, also one sister, Mrs Thomas Price of North Scranton.
